As obscure as a ship’s ballast control or as complex as a power station process, Eco Connection can provide the resources to commission any control system. While providing the technical expertise, we also provide calibration test equipment that is traceable to nationally recognised standards (for example, NATA or NIST).
Eco Connection can put together teams of multi-discipline commissioning personnel comprising Commissioning Manager, Commissioning Engineers and Technicians and even project completions Database Administrators.
Eco Connection ensures that your process control equipment is installed as per manufacturer specifications, compatible with your process, calibrated to desired tolerances and scaled correctly from field displays to SCADA packages.
Our quality systems ensure that all required documentation is completed and signed off prior to project completion. Installation and Testing Procedures ITP’s, are produced referencing relevant Field Installation Checklists FIC’s to ensure all equipment has been configured correctly and thoroughly tested prior to being commissioned.
Post commissioning handover documentation will include all relevant installation and testing documentation, any red line drawings, maintenance and service manuals for supplied equipment (where applicable). We can also assist in developing a maintenance strategy for servicing of instrumentation and electrical equipment in your plant.
