With 20 years experience in the instrumentation and electrical contracting industry, David has facilitated roles in construction and maintenance at all levels, from trade through to senior management positions. With experience in oil and gas, mining and minerals processing, materials handling and the water industry, David has managed several multi million dollar projects simultaneously, whilst controlling up to 70 staff. His exposure to different site conditions and the logistics of project execution is a specialty, given he has worked at over 20 major industrial sites (and many minor sites), throughout Australia. David has also completed the 'Professional Management Program' at Adelaide University Graduate School of Business.
Glen has over 20 years experience within the instrumentation field, from managing on-site calibration and commissioning, through to the provision of nationally accredited instrumentation training. Glen's labour resourcing skills, refined over many years of recruiting engineering, technical and project personnel for mining, oil and gas projects throughout Australasia, have contributed substantially to the reputation Eco Connection has established, with regard to the high quality of personnel provided for every project. In addition to Glen's instrumentation studies, he has formal qualifications in Recruitment / Industrial Relations, Workplace Training & Assessing and Marketing Management.
